Integration of HR Data from People Soft to General Workforce Planning Application

In the FDMEE 11.1.2.4 Administrator's Guide, the integration of HR data from Peoplesoft system is limited to Public Sector Planning and Budgeting applications.

"FDMEE supports loading human resource data into Public Sector Planning and Budgeting applications. At this time, no other application types are supported."

1. So to integrate HR data to Planning application of General type with workforce plan type, Is FDMEE not supported?

2. If not, can we use ODI for the same?
