Assignment Manager

We're planning to use Assignment Manager (AS) to assign records from Service Request, Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts, but with some exceptions:

  • Records loaded via EIM or  from massive way, have not to use AS
  • Records that come from external systems. 

We found the columns ASGN_EXCLD_FLG2, ASGN_USR_EXCLD_FLG, ASGN_REQUIRED_FLG2, but we like to know if are there a way (via rules o rule group configuration) where we could configure when to run or not the assignment manager
