HSE Incident Task Reminder Process Options

HSE - Task Notifications

We are on 9.1 and haven't yet applied the patches that provide more process options around Task Notifications. At the moment, in our environment, we are recording Tasks/Actions for our incidents and notifications are automatically being sent to the Individual who has been assigned the task.

We understand that enhancements to these notifications were delivered as part of - ENH 23262667 - TASK TICKLER NOTIFICATION - ESU JM19649.

When reviewing the documentation (see exert below) on this change it states the following

2.1.9 Task Tickler Reminder (Release 9.1 Update)
