Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Inbound transmission Error

When OTM is trying to Process the inbound transmission we have observed the below error...

IMessageCode = MISSING_REQUIRED_ELEMENT
IMessageText = THE REQUIRED ELEMENT GenericStatusUpdate.Refnum.RefnumValue IS MISSING

OTM version used is 6.3.7. Kindly let me know if this is a Bug in the current Version.
