Dear Support,

After performing OAF changes(class files,xml),we are bouncing the middle tier services,but the customer is must frustrated to provide approvals for middle tier bounce.If we bounce only oacore,some times the changes are not reflected and hence we are going for complete bounce

we are on R12.2.5,please let us know if this is a bug or bouncing oacore should make the changes reflected?
