Invoice entry Web exception error

I am facing the following scenario with a particular business user. I have checked the versions and it looks correct.

During research, I found the below even though it does not say which particular servers. Do you have any inputs?

Issue 3 : Error: 'Web Client Exception' on Standard Invoice Entry (P03B11).

Resolution 3: One possibility is that the program’s processing option that designates the version of  the Master Business Function(P03B0011) is invalid/corrupt.  On the P03B11, check the Versions tab of the P03B11 for an invalid/corrupt version of the Master Business Function(P03B0011).  Test with the processing options blank on Versions tab of the P03B11 to confirm if this resolves error.
