Inventory integration with project cost transfer shows not applicable

Hi Gurus,

I was testing the scenario for Inventory integration with Projects.

Created a Miscellaneous transaction with project details.when i run the project cost transfer and check the view material transaction,i can see the item as "Not applicable"in transferred to projects field.

How can we resolve this issue.
