Siebel Deep link url for SSO login enabled instance

Hi

Siebel- IP16-PS13

I an facing issue in creating a deep link of Siebel, that can be used by external application.

Here requirement is, Deep link will contain the data paramteter, based on that data parameter, Siebel should show the selected records.

The Url that i generated is working fine with Non-SSO or DB authenticated url of siebel but not with SSO enabled login url of Siebel.

Below is the working url having DB autehnticated.

http://SiebelServer:8080/Siebelcrm_dbauth?SWECmd=GotoView&SWEView=Com+Account+Invoice+Profile+View+(Invoice)&IsPortlet=1&SWESM=Edit&BCField0=Customer+Id&BCFieldValue0=1223455&SWERF=1&SWEBU=1

Can you please help me with SSO enabled url, why it is not working.
