Rework Process

Hi;

I want to understand how rework process work in Oracle EBS:

For example; On a batch of Item A of 100 quantity, there are 10 qty of Item A will go in rework.

How rework of item will be handled by the system; will it go to inventory/wip with its cost.

In case of rework perform on this item how this item will be used on new batch of rework
and how this rework item will be consumed from inventory/wip on the batch.
