How to enable the disabled initial meter reading

Hi All,

Could anyone help me on how to enable the disabled meter readings, do we have an option to enable the disabled meter readings.

User has disabled the initial meter reading after entering the next day reading, now by default the initial reading in the meter creation form is showing the next day meter reading details.

Due to this our monthly reports is getting effected.
