Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. DML statement while Partitioning

Hi,

I have table of 1.7 TB data, to partition this table, going to use Exchange partition. Is this be useful or need to do online?

This is OLTP system so can we use DML statement while Partitioning because we are going to alter the table however need your opinion.
