How hamburger menu in the top right corner of fluid page be edited

Hi Team,

In the menu option of the expense page all the users can see my wallet, add quick expense, travel authorization, expense homepage option even though when they are authorized to go on those pages.

Has anyone worked on this and provide us the way to remove them from the drop down for all the users simultaneously.
