US PAY : HR: Online Tax Forms Update Method not working for the value 'None'

Hello,

We are trying to make use of the profile option 'HR: Online Tax Forms Update Method' with the value 'None' when we would like to stop the users from updating their W4 form using oracle self service but even after updating the profile option, it's still allowing us to update the W4 information.

Appreciate if anyone can help me figure out how to make this profile option work.
