Can we import the CTX & CCD+ formats o the ACH Addendum file into CE eBS R12.2.7?

End client receives this file from Bank of America. We are looking to import the file to increase auto-reconciliation transactions/statistics. A PeopleSoft ask & answer is the only reference that I retrieved when searching here on MOS.
