Can we setup a price adjustment threshold when users try to update selling price on Sales Order

Hi,

Can we setup a price adjustment threshold when users try to update selling price on Sales Order? e.g it's not allowed to update when the updated price is lower than the price defaulted from price list.

Any responses would be very appreciated.
