Wip_supply field at Material requirements form of WO

Hello!

We have a problem with a meaning of supply type field on Material requirements form at the moment of adding new material for work order.

When we choose an item (field Material), form with types of supply appears on the screen. By default WIP_SUPPLY_MEANING field has 'Push' meaning although we work in russian interface. Appearing form provides russian meanings of supply type, but after choosing any variants, WIP_SUPPLY_MEANING field fills english name of choosed variant.

In english interface we don't have this problem.

Our users don't want make additional steps to choose supply_type and we expect that this field will be populated automatically.
