retaining historic SR history

When creating a new CSI in MOS for a project, my project team do not wish to lose their SR history.

Is there a way of retaining historic SR history and assigning historic closed SR's to the new CSI?

Is it possible to move open and historic SR’s from one CSI to another?

We are moving to another CSI and I don’t want to lose the access to the previously raised SR’s.
