SSE to OEE Conversion

We are planning a Tools Upgrade from 8.98.4.14 to 9.1.4.7. As part of the upgrade process we need to migrate from the existing SSE local database to OEE local database on Deployment Server. I could not locate any migration documents out there on MOS. Looking for some inputs on how we can convert the SSE database to OEE or do we even need to?
