Error in AWR report generation through sql developer

ORA-20020: Database/Instance/snapshot mismatch
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SWRF_REPORT_INTERNAL", line 11941
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SWRF_REPORT_INTERNAL", line 18540
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY", line 1133
ORA-06512: at line 1

this is happening only when i am generating report through sql developer. through awrrpt.sql it works fine
