FSG Balance Sheet Report doesn't show output icon

Please Review the Log File for Concurrent 2 and Provide a solution.

When i ran FSG report from Oracle Report Manager Responsibility, two concurrent program are running and completing as Completed - Warning and shows no output.

Concurrent 1 - BALANCE SHEET (Financial Statement Generator)

Concurrent 2 - BALANCE SHEET (Publish and Presentation Program)
