Server Manager Login Issue: Unable to validate the supplied credentials

Hi Team,

On my new 9.2.2.1 setup on windows 2012 R2 machine, I have installed Weblogic 12.2.1.2.0 for hosting Server Manager Console and everything working fine.

I have created the Windows services for Admin Server, NodeManager and Managed Server for the SM Console. Everything is starting and stopping fine from windows services.

But the issue is while login to the SM Console, I am getting below error.

I can see the same error when we start the SM Console service using startManagedServer and not from weblogic console. Seeing the below error in cmd when starting using startManagedServer.
