GEOMETRY_STATUS_CODE is Dirty?

HZ_LOCATIONS table has a column GEOMETRY_STATUS_CODE. All records entered (whether suppliers, customers, manually or through interface) has value as 'Dirty'.

What does this mean? Please inform.
