WS Consideration migrate OS and migrste to E1

Hi There,

Customer is running A73 Cum 8 on IBM i V5R4 from about 15 years and now is considering between buying new IBM i which is V7R2 OS and

migrate from World A73 Cum to E1 9.2. (they don't have Oracle MA). They are considering about cost and investment between to go with World A73 CU 8 on the new system i V7R2.

compare with to move to E1. Anyone here has experienced or recommendations please.
