Future Add Transaction Type in Mass Addition

Hi,

When i create a manual mass addition record my transaction type always 'FUTURE ADD'. Can you please confirm that we cannot create mass addition record in the current period. Oracle note(261215.1) suggests to update the record. Is there better way.

Please advise.
