How to prevent specific locations from receiving Qty from materials on hold?

Hi,

We
have a functionality enabled in Processing Options for Inventory Move to Allow Qty move From/To Lots on Hold.

We cannot change this to blank as this version is being used by every site.

Do you know if a similar option is available for a specific location, to prevent it from receiving H/E/U material?
