Strange Issue with Order Import

Hi Experts

Noticed a Strange Issue with Order Import today. We tried to process some 60K orders for a load test. Around 5K orders failed in the corrections without any error message.

These can be reprocessed from corrections screen by clearing the error flag and clicking Import button.

Output file and Log file do not show anything corresponding to ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF, does any one know what could have possibly gone wrong?
