Hyperion services are not starting in proper order

We are using Hyperion ARM and Planning 11.1.2.3.501 version. When we restart the services, we observed that the services are not starting in a proper way, can someone advise what would be the reason for this issue?

We are using stop and start script to restart the services. Please find the attached stop and start scripts and resulted logs
