Purge program R47038 not on my system

I am on JDE B7333 and at the beginning of the upgrade to 9.x (O/S = OS/400 V7R1).  Want to purge unneeded data.  One purge I am looking for is R47038 for data files F47031 and F47032.  But that application, R47038, is not on my system.  Are there valid situations where it should not exist?  Can I recover the program?  Thank you for any ideas...
