Data is not in Numeric Format when publishing the FSG Report in Excel by

  One-Step Method using Program:Publish FSG Report

I have found the bug and the requested enhancement but I do not see any solution. Has this been addressed or how do you deal with it?

My users are not happy that they have to change the format from text to number each time they want to use the FSGs

we are on Linux ebs 12.2.4
