Roles & Responsibilities in Oracle R12

Hi Team,

If you change roles in Oracle your permissions are not changed, permissions are not linked to role. 

Example:  Employee has position A which requires certain responsibilities.  The same employee changes his position from A to B then the responsibilities assigned to user as part of his role A will not end.  

Do we have any standard oracle functionality to achieve this?
