EXADATA upgrade roll back procedure.(EXADATA down grade procedure)

Hello Experts,

We have 4 node RAC environment on EXADATA machines.We are planning to upgrade our exadata environment from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4(Along with latest BP 11.2.0.4.180116 ) both grid as well as DB's along with EXADATA upgrade.

We got the upgrdation plan.But now we have been looking for roll back steps in case of any issues during this process.

Could you please provide the steps/document to roll back upgraded version of exadata environment(exadata/grid/db as well)
