CPA E13-B type font

Hello, we are currently using BIP for Canadian Check and we're have a very difficult time with Banks accepting the CPA E13-B  font specification. Character & symbols do not conform. We have purchase the font and it is on our server, it look good on the cheque,however we cannot pass the Symcore test. It could also be Symcore testing team, as we are having many problem with them. But need to know if anyone have been successful.
