Environment Variables for System Logging in IP2017

Hi,

Wanted to know if Client side system logging is still supported in Siebel IP 2017. I have set both the environment variables SIEBEL_LOG_DIR and  SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS by following the usual steps however the log files are not getting generated after logging into Siebel Tools or web client.

Steps to set the environment variables for logging:

Right click My Computer and select properties.

Then advanced tab and environment variables.

Add the variables:

SIEBEL_LOG_DIR = C:\Siebel\Log

SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS = 5
