dbms_output package

hello every one ..

      i face a problem for a couple of days as i change the values of sys package i.e. dbms_output . i change the buffer value from 2000 to 9000 and then i reset them but they become invalid their binaries i try every possible way but can't . kindly any way to refresh the packages binaries or  reset them .
