Error while configuring Financial Cloud to PBCS

Hi All,

I am trying to connect Fusion URL to PBCS.I have tested the connection  with any error. But when i trying to initialize the connection i am getting the below  error.  please help me out on this

The below is the error log i am getting after clicking on intiialize
