Xcenter Broadcaster over SSL to Relate

Hello,

I am getting below broadcaster error for xcenter over ssl to relate. I am using xstore version 15 and Relate 11.4

Firstly I was thinking its certificate issue and checked the same, but still I am having same issue.

Please suggest.
