New Entity not available in iproc

Good Morning,

I created a new entity, and added it to an existing ledger. I have tested it in Payables and the ledger and that entity (company) is available when i input my costing, ie I can select that company in the first segment. The problem I am having is I cannot select that company in iprocurement, it does not show as one of the options to select for the costing.

The business group is made up of that particular ledger so it has not been necessary to add it as a business group because it already falls within an existing business group. There are numerous entities here, and in this particular ledger there are already 5 entities attached to that ledger but they dont seem to be set up as operating units? is that possible?
