Error running "Generic Interface: Extract Feeder File"

Hello,

We're on E-business Suite 12.1.3, GB localisation and using the public sector functions.

We've used the GL import facility for many years with no issue.

Recently we're setting up a new import source, and can successfully import the data into the "IGI_INT..." tables. However when we run "Generic Interface: Extract Feeder File" (IGIGIEXT), it completes with the following error:

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01830: date format picture ends before converting entire input string

ORA-06512: at line 196

The data in the file looks OK from what I can see, and I've tried removing lines so that it's only importing 6 transactions, and changing descriptor fields, to no avail.
