New shipment generation leading to routing status 9
1. At time of order entry (P42101) typing in Sold To / Ship To / Deliver To Address / Address for Transport (2 - Deliver To Address) > Saving the header, adding detail information of: QTY, UOM, Item #. Save this order. I am able to go view the shipment and the routing options and the route is valid and selects the one that is setup. No error, all is good.
2. Enter in another order(duplicate AB #s), but only: Sold To / Ship To information > Save header > Enter detail information (Duplicate same information) Save detail. I then reinquire on the order and I enter the Deliver To / Address for Transport (2- deliver to address) - this information is in the customer set tab. I then save the order again. A new shipment # is generated with a status of 9 - unable to be routed.
