How to enable DFF segment only when certain values are selected in another DFF segment?

In the Order Header DFF below, we want the segment FG Sale Type to be enabled only if 2 of the 5 values listed in Contract Type segment are selected.

We can make the value set of FG Sale Type segment dependent on Contract Type and input required values for each independent value.

But that would mean the segment still becomes enabled and a value must be selected even when not required.
