Commitment for Prepaid Contracts in PS

Hello,

Now and then we are running into issues with committed amount after we run utilization process for Pre-paid contracts. While everything completes successfully and remaining balances are showing correct amount, committed amount doesn't clear after we run BIPCC000 process. This is not happening all the time, but once in while. Any clue what may cause the problem and how to fix it besides sql updates? We are in 9.2 Image 25
