Discussion: Cost associated with Service Contract

We are providing extended warranty services to the customer.  How to associate the costs incurred for providing the service as per the Service Contract.  Example of costs: Customer Support Center Time & Labor, Items we need to replace, Freight cost we incurr in order to ship the item from customer to depot and from depot to customer.

Also as part of Contract coverage we need to buy additional warranties from the vendors.  How this cost is associated to service contract.

At the end we want to know how much it costed to provide the services on that contract.
