Transfer journals to a new secondary ledger (has a different calendar)

Dears,

We have primary and secondary ledgers with different conversion method and now we defined anew secondary ledger with a new calendar and we need to transfer all previous journals from the old secondary ledger to the new.

So, there is any function can do it?
