Delivery Confirm - Confirm Shipment Less/More qty than loaded overrides the Load charges automatical

Hi,

When we build and confirm compartmentalized load for Bulk Products & Delivery Confirm >Row Exit > Confirm Shipment (Change Qty delivered) re-rates the Payable Load Charges automatically.

This process updated/overrides the Manually updated charges ,hence there is no trace of what was updated when load was confirmed with actual products.

As it is Payable freight Load Charges should only be updated/Re-rated only based on Loaded Quantity delivery quantity should not be used for Payable Freight.

Also system should never override any charges which were manually added/changed else we loose the trace.

Kindly let me know if there is anyway we can turn this OFF.
