How to achieve this in EAM

Hi All,

Note: Our customer was using Maximo for maintenance and custom solution for property business.

Now the customer is using Oracle EAM, Purchasing, Inventory, Oracle financials & oracle property Our customer has deals in a Property Leasing business and doing the following;

1. Lease the property (unit) to customers unfurnished
   & furnished
2. Provide maintenance to all the properties which
   are leased out
3. Also provide maintenance to Third Party property
   (Buildings, Villas e.t.c)

EAM Assets;

Building, Floor and Unit location are defined in Oracle Property. These Building/Floor/Unit (locations) are exported from oracle property to EAM to define the maintainable assets in EAM.
