Media Object Issues

Dear Expert,

We having the issues to attach the media object to JDE 9.1.5.6. The error message is  as follow:-

:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\SWHPD910HTML\stage\SWHPD910SVR01\app\webclient.war\moqueue\MYMSWERPDEP01\E910\MEDIAOBJ\HTMLUpload\FILE-10-100-4-51-010408353795506198-1523843885965.pdf java.lang.Exception: Unable to WRITE to MediaObject File : \\MYMSWERPDEP01\E910\MEDIAOBJ\HTMLUpload\FILE-10-100-4-51-010408353795506198-1523843885965.pdf

What we have done is

1. Check the P98MOQUE

   - the setting is correct and there is no space in between.

2. Check the security of the mediaobject folder in Deployment server

   - the folder is open to the users.
