R12.2.5 adop

We are on R12.2.5.I understand its not recommended but due to some urgency,we have applied a patch as hotpatch and faced an issue.

The patch was applied successfully on primary node but failed on secondary node.Error message was attached.Not sure why it was asking to apply the patch again on primary node using forceapply.

Please find the attached log and we need your help how to proceed further
