Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Does the Note ID 1369528.1 work for 12.2.4?

Hello experts,

I have a problem like Its not possible to choose Rule name for Receiving Inspection.

I found the Note 1369528.1 but it describes the situation for 12.1 3 and later.

We have 12.2.4 version. Does the Note work for this or not?
