Orachk sees no database (Windows 2016)

Hi,

When running latest ORACHK utility on Windows (Server 2016), it sees no database (RDBMS installed: no). Log file contains some rows saying it found:

INFO - __main__[(discover_env)(start_discovery)(13153)] - Database pickedup for checking =  ORACLE_HOME= and ORACLE_SID=MYDB

INFO - __main__[(discover_env)(calculate_no_of_child_proc)(8082)] - Number of running databases: 1 and Number of processors: 20

INFO - __main__[(discover_env)(calculate_no_of_child_proc)(8089)] - Number of processes to be initiated to run SQL check in parallel is adjusted to 1 from 5 as number of running databases are 1

 

but final result it says "RDBMS installed: no"
