Need some help to upgrade 9.2.2.4 tools release upgrade in 9.2 JDE application release

Hi Team,

I was about to upgrade tools release 9.2.2.4 from 9.2.2.1 release. I could see 2 new steps in Required Components for Installing the JD Edwards Tools 9.2.2.4 document.

FYI, we have not implemented IOT, BSSV and BI. So, can you please confirm whether the below step is mandatory?
